Product: Document Intelligence for Contract Review

Target Customer: EY Audit Teams, External Clients

Overview: The focus of this solution is to support the rapid review of contracts used in real estate auditing and other areas.  It uses machine learning to parse the contents of a contract and identify and extract the key terms for the audit process. Without this tool, auditors would send documents to India for human processing and content extraction. I researched and developed Jira/Confluence stories for:

• Contract/Document Upload & Management
• Document Management GUI (worked with UX person via InVision)
• Document Classification using ML
• Splunk Integration
• Data error identification and handling (OCR & ML data issues)

Outcome: Launched to the global EY audit community, see video here. Productivity improvement of 60% to 80%.
