Overview: This is a healthcare solution that was built with the Ricoh programmable camera, the Ricoh Electronic Data Exchange, and specialized image handling software for patient identification capture, and performing measurements of photographed subjects. It is primarily used in wound care and dermatology departments. It supports a seamless transmission of photographs on the camera to a server running the Ricoh software, where a web based application supports image annotation, image measurement, and transfer of the images to the patient health record in an Electronic Health Records system.
